Project overview
The Kongolo Ecosystem Restoration Project is an ongoing restoration initiative being developed by Eco2librium in western Kenya. It is designed to support tree planting, bamboo systems, riparian restoration, agroforestry, biodiversity-aware land management, and farmer participation.
For Eco2librium, restoration is not simply about planting trees. It is about designing landscape systems that can support carbon sequestration, biodiversity, soil health, farm resilience, community benefit, and long-term stewardship.
