Experience across carbon, conservation and community development
Eco2librium has long-standing experience in the design and implementation of community-based climate projects. Our work has included clean energy access, forest and landscape conservation, carbon project development, and the integration of climate finance with social and environmental outcomes.
Over time, Eco2librium has developed practical experience working across the full project cycle — from early project design and stakeholder engagement to implementation, monitoring, reporting, verification, and long-term project management.
This experience informs our current work in biochar carbon removal, ecosystem restoration, bamboo value chain development, biodiversity monitoring, practical MRV, and impact reporting.

Eco2librium's work is rooted in landscapes where climate change, land-use pressure, biodiversity loss, energy access, and rural livelihood challenges are closely connected.
Our current and emerging work includes activities in Kenya and the wider East African region, with a particular focus on community-based implementation, ecosystem restoration, clean energy access, biochar carbon removal, and sustainable value chain development.
In western Kenya, Eco2librium is developing project approaches that connect smallholder farming systems, bamboo cultivation, native tree restoration, riparian protection, soil health, and biodiversity monitoring.

We work with partners across project implementation, carbon standards, monitoring and verification, biodiversity assessment, clean energy, biochar development, restoration, value chain design, and impact reporting. At this stage, approved named partners for inclusion include Circonomy and myclimate.
This collaborative model allows Eco2librium to combine practical field implementation with technical expertise and long-term project development capacity.
